As part of identity verification (KYC), we may request a copy of your National ID or passport. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in withdrawal restrictions. Verification of the mobile number provided at registration is mandatory.
Password & Login Security

Any attempt to exploit the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts will result in permanent account termination. Any effort to bypass the platform's security measures will be treated as a serious violation.

Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on base64 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit amount is set on the platform and may change from time to time.
All deposits must be made from your own mobile banking or bank account. Depositing funds from someone else's account may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being placed under investigation. Funds typically appear in your account within a few minutes of deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

Account Suspension Policy
Base64 may temporarily suspend any account if suspicious activity is detected, if verification information is incomplete, or if there is initial evidence of a Terms violation. During the suspension period, access, deposits, withdrawals, and betting will be restricted. You will be notified at your registered email and provided with the steps required to resolve the issue.
Account Permanently Closed
Serious violations of these Terms — including fraud, money laundering, operating multiple accounts, or manipulation — will result in permanent account closure. Any remaining balance in a closed account may be returned after verification, but may be forfeited in cases involving fraud. Users whose accounts are permanently closed will not be permitted to open a new account in the future.
Voluntary Account Closure
